Portable Document Files (PDF) by Adobe provide an easy way to view, print and distribute documents.

To view a PDF file you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded from here.

On a PC, to download a PDF file rather than view it in your browser, you need to right mouse click the link to the PDF file and choose 'Save Target As...' - this will enable you to save the .pdf file to your hard disk for viewing when required.
