Innovative packages and a continual programme of product development and professional technical support, backed by excellent customer service.

Because we recognise the importance to our customers of getting their system up and moving quickly and keeping it that way, from day one our support staff will be on hand to help and guide you. Our helpdesk is open 7 days a week, including out of hours support. Should your equipment fail our engineers will be with you within hours to repair or replace it.

YP's unique Database Builder and 26,000 line up-to-date product file are provided with every new system.
This vast and comprehensive file, which we update every week, means that by simply scanning barcodes and checking prices your SiNQUA EPoS system can be up and running in days…..if not hours.

Structured In-Store Training, backed by Comprehensive user manuals and our National User Group offers a unique service to today's retailer.

At no extra cost members receive Free-phone access to our Helpdesk, a weekly Health-Check report on your business.


YP Support Structure

We have four teams within our Support department, all are dedicated to helping you with any queries or problems you may encounter.
  • Helpdesk Advisors
    The first point of contact for all system related problems. This team will deal with simple queries or pass your call onto one of our other specialist support teams who will then resolve your issues

  • Systems Support
    Our System Support Specialists will work with you to resolve your problems

  • Technical Support
    Our team of experienced system experts provide Systems Support with assistance with regards to problems which are on going, need further investigation or are of a more complex nature

  • Training Advisors
    Offer ongoing advice and guidance is provided over the phone. Our Training Advisors will be one of your main points of contact between installation and going live with your tills on the counter


Helpdesk Opening Hours


Monday-Friday 07:00hrs - 22:00hrs
Saturday 07:00hrs - 17:00hrs
Sunday 09:00hrs - 12:00hrs

Our standard office hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Our extended cover both during the week and at the weekend is primarily geared towards emergencies and problem solving rather than training topics. Priority will be given to non-trading situations.
